Please find below arrangements for BOL:

(A) You can access BOL in two ways:

(1) The (relatively) new way is via the web (embedded JW player). 

This works well for those with high bandwidth connectivity (450Kbps). 
To do this, please visit (click on)  the following link DURING Baba's milan:

To test NOW, please open (click on) the following link:
http://wow.bkseva.net/test.htm

(2) The (relatively) old way is via Windows Media (WM) player.

This requires much less bandwidth (180Kbps) and works for more users.
To do this, please open one of the following links in your Windows Media Player.
You can also try mms in place of http in the links below, in case of difficulty.

Please note the change in URLs (it is bkseva not bkcom):

(B)If you need any help

Please send an email to BOL Support (bolsup @ bkcom dot net) with the following information:

(i) Your username and password
(ii) The device you are using (eg. PC, MAC, iPad, iPhone, Tablet etc)
(iii) The operating system (eg. Windows 7/8/XP, MacOS, iOS, Android, Linux etc)
(iv) The links you tried to access
(v) The problem you are facing

If you send this information in one email, all at once, it will be easy for the BOL Team to resolve the issue quickly, avoiding much to and fro communication. Thanks!

(C) Be ready ahead of time
