BOL Update 2: New Server online again .. with better "test"

The "web" system (JW player) is up again.

If you are planning to use the JW you can now test as follows:
Go to http://wow.bkseva.net/test.htm

If you get a blank screen or unable to get the stream or if it is buffering frequently, try the
second button (LOW bandwidth stream).

If that works for you, then that means, during live transmission, it is best for you to use the
LOW bandwidth button (not the high bandwidth 450Kbps).
