BOL Arrangements for Oct 16, 2016

Dear Divine Family,

Om Shanti. In a few days we have the fortune of Baba's milan!

Please make sure that you have everything ready to receive BOL as follows:

(1) Make sure you have valid BOL username and password
     To check this, please click on the link below:
      Check BOL username and password here
      If your username and password are not working, then please send an email to BOLsupport
      specifying all the required information (see below).

(2) Make sure that you are able to receive BOL video on your computer
     If you succeeded to login with username and password, then you will be redirected to a
     web page where you will get BOL video.
     Please wait for the page to load (an embedded player will be downloaded automatically).
     After that the video clip should start playing. If yes, then you are all set.
     Otherwise, please make sure that you have the latest version of your web browser and
     make sure that javascript (not java) is enabled in your browser!
     If the video is not playing after all of the above, then please send an email to BOL support
     giving all the required info (see below).

(3) Fine Tuning Tips
      If you are successfully able to play the video clip, then please note:
     (i) You will be able to adjust STEREO volume (English & Hindi) during LIVE Xmissions.
     (ii) You can make the video play in full screen mode by clicking on the icon pointed to by
          the red arrow (see below). Pressing escape will revert back to normal mode.
         
(4) If you need help, send email to BOL support bolsup@bkcom.net with the following info:

(a) If your username or password are not working or forgotten:
     Please send an email with the following information:
     Your name, Center Name, City, Country, email address used for BOL
      If there is any other relevant info that enables us to identify who you are that will be great
      Only after proper identification will we be able to send you username and password.

(b) If your username/password are working but video is not playing:
      Please send the following info:
      The browser you are using, including version number
      The computer you are using: PC/MAC/iPad/Other etc
      The operating system: Windows 7-8-10/iOS/OSx/Android etc (please also specify version)
      Finally, what is happening when you connect? Please describe.

(5) If you succeeded in receiving video, please drop us a line to let us know:
      Working for us with (x/y/z) browser on (p/q/r) device.
      That will help us understand if everything is going smoothly!
