BOL arrangements for 3 Nov 2015

Dear Divine Family,

Om Shanti.

Please check your arrangements now to make sure that you are able to receive BOL.
This will avoid difficulties or disappoinments in the last minute!

Let us take maximum benefit from the generous arrangements that Baba and Drama
have made for us to take full benefit from BaPDada's milan.

(I) What can you check(test) now?

(1) That your username(ID) and password(PW) are working
(2) That your computer is ready to receive BOL transmissions

These two things can be done right now.

Then Baba will ensure that you will get a continous, clear and stable transmission on Nov 3.

To  check your readiness, please use one of the following methods:

(A) To test BOL reception with Windows Media Player, please open one of the following links
       in Windows Media Player:
       For Americas:     http://bola.bkseva.net/bolvideo4ga
       For All Others:    http://bole.bkseva.net/bolvideo4ge
       For Bharat only:  http://bolb.bkseva.net/bolvideo4gi
       Make sure that one of the options works for you. Otherwise please send an email to BOL
       Support Team  as described below.
(B) To test BOL reception via the web with JW player, please go to the following web page
       http://wow.bkseva.net/test.htm
       Enter your username and password and select one of the two options (high or low) according
       to your device. Click on that button. A video window will open.
       Make sure that one of the options works for you. Otherwise please send an email to BOL
       Support Team  as described below.

(II) How to get support in case of problems?


If you face any difficulties, then please send an email to BOL  Support (bolsup at bkcom dot net)
with the following information:

Your name:
City/Center:
Country:
The Computer you are using to receive BOL (eg PC, Mac, iPad etc):
Operating system and version (eg. Windows XP, Winodws 8, MacOS, iOS, Android etc):
Your BOL ID (that you tried):
Your BOL PW (that you tried):
What link have you tried connecting to (please specify from one of the above test links):
What is the problem you are facing: Breifly describe the error message that you received or a
behaviour that you have observed.

If you send all of this information in one single email, we will be able to help you quickly without
having to send many emails to-and-fro.
