If you are unable to receive BOL using the new system (see below), then please send an email to bolsup@bkcom.net describing the problem you are facing (like what is happening when you try to connect).

Baba's BOL Team will work with each of you individually between Dec 1-Dec 20 to resolve the issue so that you are also able to use the new system by Dec 25, 2014.
