To test your computer's readiness to receive BOL, please open the link given below in your browser (Firefox, Opera, Safari, IE etc) or just click on the link below:

After entering your BOL username and password, you should see a black box appear below the buttons. Click on the arrow in the middle of the black box to play the video.
If the video plays and you are able to also hear the sound, you are all set. You can also view "full screen" by using the buttons on the bottom-right-hand-corner of the black box.
You can also adjust stereo balance as desired (English+Hindi mix) using the sound controls on your computer.
If the above works for you, you can receive BOL Live transmission on October 12 by opening the following link:

(2) If you are a Windows (PC) user, and if you face any problems opening the test link given above, then you can still receive BOL using Windows Media Player as always.
For that, please open the following link in your Windows Media Player:
(a) For Americas (North, Central, South, Caribbean) open: http://bola.bkcom.net/bolvideo4ga
(b) For all others except where indicated to you, open: http://bole.bkcom.net/bolvideo4ge
If you face bandwidth problems are cutting off of the video stream you can receive AUDIO ONLY stream (with English and Hindi) at 48Kbps by opening the following link in Windows Media Player:

(3) We request you to also open the following webpage in your browser to receive LIVE NEWS and UPDATES during the live transmission. This is particularly helpful if you face any problems. Always check LIVE NEWS first before contact BOL Support.
